No wonder AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, in a Jan. 12 telephone press conference, considered Biden the most pro-worker president in decades. “And in one week and one day, Joe Biden will be inaugurated and we’re ready to work with him.”
Mayor Marty Walsh understands the important role that unions play in America, and he knows firsthand that unions represent the voice of people who make this nation run.
The people of Georgia have helped set a new direction for America and confirmed what the rest of the country said in November. It is time for change and time to move this nation forward, offering opportunity to every American.
